Godzilla Statue

Near Yurakucho Station, there is a bronze statue of Godzilla that stands 3 meters tall (including the 50 centimeter base). It was installed in 2018 as the guardian deity of Hibiya Chante and with the hope of making Hibiya the Broadway of Japan. Godzilla, who has caused various incidents in Tokyo in movies and various social phenomena in real life, is an indispensable presence in the story of Tokyo.
Imperial Hotel Plaza Tokyo

The Imperial Hotel was established by the Japanese government in the mid-Meiji period (1868-1912) as a "State Guesthouse" for Japan, which until then had no accommodation facilities suitable for welcoming foreign dignitaries. Across the street from the Imperial Hotel is the Tokyo Takarazuka Theater. Soto Sakuradamon Gate

The outer moat of Sakuradamon is one of the most famous landmarks of the Imperial Palace. It is the place where the incident that triggered the end of the Edo period took place. Wadakuramon

Today, only the stone walls of the Wadakura Gate remain as the ruins of the gate. During the Edo period, this gate was closed to civilians and only samurai were allowed to pass through. In contrast to the buildings in the background, you can feel a strong shadow of the Edo period.
