“Good hotel, think about location.”

This hotel location will either be very good for you, or not. It is in an industrial area that has major rebuilding taking place. My room did not suffer any noise, facing the inner courtyard. Service was excellent at all times, with staff being multilingual. The food was very good. Room was spacious and with good resources. Adapters for the Swiss electrical sockets were available at reception (free so long as returned). The hotel is very new. The swimming pool is small but suitable for families or solo swimming for exercise (but not if there are more than two people trying to swim lengths). There is a rail station 5 minutes walk away, much cheaper than taxi from airport, and some good restaurants and (I am told) theatre nearby. It is easy to get into the city. Overall a good stay if the geography suits.

Reasonably priced hotel for Zurich. V helpfull & friendly staff. Did not have breakfast appeared to be expensive! Good location with easy access in to Zurich and special deal on car parking (unusual for Switzerland)

“Great hotel in a not-so-good location”

Could not fault the the quality of the hotel or its staff. Value was quite good as well. Location was a little out of the way for regular city trips, but could be overcome by a 15min walk to the tram system.

A couple minute walking distance from a rail station, but not the main station. Great place for the price...would definently recommend!

“Excellent Hotel”

Great hotel for the price. We stayed there with our two children: they stayed on the sofa bed which was very comfortable. The hotel is only one stop on the train from the main train station and it has direct trains to Zurich Airport without having to change at the main train station which is very convenient (exiting right inside the airport - can't get anymore convenient than that). Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel, my kids loved the Mac computers in the lobby and also the games space. Great Breakfast as well.

The hotel was very clean with a dramatic-looking modern lobby. The staff was quite helpful, and they solved several problems for us politely, including reversing the movie rental charge my son unknowingly had charged to the room.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff were efficient, polite and always helpful. The swimming pool was spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were modern and also spotless. The overall experience in this hotel was simply superb. The only downside was that the food in the restaurant was merely average, not as good as in surrounding restaurants, though somewhat cheaper. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

“Great value with quick transport to city center”

Great hotel within 100 ft of a tram stop. The tram takes you to downtown Zurich in 10 minutes, and the price (and room) is much better than a hotel in, say, the Old Town. Suggest you stay here and tram it into town.
