"Staff were so friendly! The hotel was amazing the pool especially! Needs improvement on updating the carpets in the hotel but I would still stay here again! A bit out of the way from the city centre but close to transport routes to the city! I enjoyed my stay!"

"The room was very spacious and nice for our family of 4. The area it is located is more of an industrial area. It is about 20 minutes outside of the city center so you will have to look for transportation or have transportation to get into town."

"Modern hotel, nice size rooms, centrally situated. At the time of the review the main road in front of the hotel is a working site and traffic around is not easy."

"The property was nice and very clean. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The only complaint is that in my 23 years of traveling internationally, the mattress had to be one of the worst I’ve ever slept on (not dirty just extremely uncomfortable). The other guests in our party had the same complaint. It was thin like a couch pull out mattress that had no cushion."

"Lovely staff. Very centrally located right at the top of the old part of town, which is definitely the place you want to be the whole time you are in Zaragoza. We love it here not fancy just great."
