Wonderful hotel just outside Frankfurt
Very welcoming staff. Very nice hotel who go the extra mile to be helpful. Very good restaurant. Perfect place to stay 25 minutes outside Frankfurt centre.

Rothschild haven ...could be heaven...ly!
Breakfast was very poor unfortunately! Not like it used to be... also very understaffed... this Kempinski does not seem to have professional but rather have students as temporary jobs so they do their best but it lacks the standard of a five star!

Two Night Business Stay
Great characterful hotel which appears to have a lot of history. The staff were excellent - greeted by name as I climbed out of the taxi, bags carried to the room etc ... very attentive at all times. The food was excellent - did not eat in the main restaurant apart from breakfast. The bar food was extremely good and the breakfast was well presented and far more than you could eat - not served off a hot plate but brought to your table and eggs cooked to order. Rooms were clean and well serviced, my room was fairly simple but had everything you needed. Wifi was good. Recommended.

Would expect a lot more for the price
First impressions of the hotel were excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, however the hotel is in a very remote location with very little to do around the local area. There were no english TV channels apart for BBC World News, so it was very boring being a business traveller on his own. The restaurant and bar is very up market and the food was quite good, however don't expect much to choose from, for the first 3 days the restaurant was closed so there was only a snack menu or the same 3 course menu every day to choose from. I wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with top notch staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and we were well taken care of during our stay. Our room with the large balcony and French doors, the amazing views, the fireplace, the soaring ceilings and the beautiful architecture were all so romantic. This was the perfect place to start our married life!

Gepflegtes Hotel in historischer Villa
Gepflegtes Hotel in historischer Villa. Netter Service. Das beheizte, hübsche Außenschmwimmbad ist leider 1,5 km entfernt vor einem anderen Hotel, was die Nutzung etwas umständlicher machte. Das Hotelrestaurant bietet sehr gute Küche in nicht ganz stimmigem Ambiente.

Sehr schöne Gründervilla.
Sehr schönes Zimmer zum Park. Nachdem ich meinen Hund angekündigt hatte lag auch schon ein Hundebett nebst Wasserschale unaufgefordert im Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wäre gerne länger geblieben. > next time.

フランクフルトの郊外にある素敵なホテルに1泊しました。都会の喧騒から離れて、静かな森の中で過ごしたい人にとってとびっきりの場所です。すべてが静かでゆっくりです。以前はロスチャイルド家の別荘だったようです。

夜21時くらいにチェックイン 翌日10時過ぎのチェックアウトなので、あまり滞在時間はありませんが、 到着した時のフロントの対応がとてもよかったです。 あと、朝食がおいしかったです。 シャワーの水圧はいまいちでしたが、全体的にはとても満足です。

Os únicos pontos fracos desse hotel são a piscina que é em outro hotel, mas tem carros que nós levam (uma Evoque e um Jaguar, foram os que eu vi) e que o café da manhã não é incluso. Porém, o hotel é maravilhoso

Antiga mansão da familia Rothschild
O hotel fica numa cidadezinha muito tranquila, perto de Frankfurt, possue 2 restaurantes, sendo um deles 2 estrelas michelin. A equipe do hotel é muitissimo bem treinada e cordial. Os quartos sao bem espacosos e muito confortaveis.

Does not meet expectations
A wedding took place at the same time of our stay. The party continued noisily untill 5 am in the morning. Upon complaints early next morning we were told that another guest had complained during the night and was offered transfer to another hotel. We were told we could have done the same. As we were not keen to transfer hotels in the middle of the night and as the hotel have known about the party it is unacceptable that proper precautions were not made upon checkin of non wedding guest. Poor service during the stay as most of the staff seemed occupied with the wedding. I will not recommend this stay. Although a wedding will not take place every time, the way it was handled showed little care for ordinary guests

Das Hotel ist generell schön, ein architektonisch traumhafter Altbau in e. wunderschönen Park u m freundlichem Personal. Allerdings: Nichts im Sommer für alle, die bei über 25 Grad im Zimmer nicht schlafen können. Ich hatte bei m. letzten Aufenthalt in Punkto Schlaf eine der schlechtesten Nächte m. Lebens. Das Hitze-Problem besteht in allen Zimmern, wenn die Nacht draußen warm ist, denn es gibt nur scheinbar eine Klimaanlage. Tatsächlich ist die Klima nur e Art Potemkinsche Anlage - es kommt nämlich keine kalte Luft. Als ich das nach einer komplett "durchwälzten" Nacht ansprach, erfuhr ich, das sei kein Defekt, es gäbe wg. Denkmalschutz schlicht keinen Kälteerzeuger. In einigen Zimmern hat man das Problem auch, wenn es nachts draußen kühl ist - nämlich dort, wo nur ein einzelnes kleines Fenster hinter einer Wandnische ist und selbst komplett geöffnet keinerlei Luftzikulation entsteht. Bei m. Aufenthalt waren nachts draußen 17 Grad u drinnen gute 25. Die vielen Dachflächen mit nur altbautypischer Dämmung sind an sonnigen Tagen ein Fluch, wenn es die Klimaanlage nur zum Schein gibt. Das Bedauern auf mein Feedback beim Checkout hin hielt sich recht in Grenzen - Motto: Wissen wir, ist halt so... .Ich hätte mir wenigstens den Lärm der auf Höchststufe durchlaufenden potemkinschen Klimaanlage gespart, wenn man gleich gesagt hätte, dass nur warme Luft kommt...

Top Hotel mit erstklassigem Service
Die Villa Rothschild liegt in einer sehr schönen Parkanlage mit einem sehr schönem Blick. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und passend zum Stil des Hauses eingerichtet, man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Der Service ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben - so stellt man sich das in einem Haus dieser Kategorie vor. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die nicht vorhanden Klimatisierung, was beim Alter des Hauses zwar durchaus nachvollziehbar ist, aber natürlich nur bedingt zu erholsamen Schlaf bei >30° beiträgt. Alles in allem war ich mit Hotel und Service extrem zufrieden und kann das Hotel vorbehaltlos empfehlen.
