We arrived around 8 am and were able to store our luggage until check in - when we came back, our bags had already been brought up to the room and we were offered complimentary welcome beverages! "Wasn’t quite what I was expecting on check in, more an apart-hotel than hotel. Check in area and bar / restaurants very good with nice ambience. Was a bit disappointed with room, didn’t feel it really reflected the pictures and description. Very small and space sacrificed to make into a studio area. Bed was tucked into a corner which made it awkward for 2 people and bathroom space limited. Expected it to be a bit more luxurious for price and compared to rest of hotel. That said, great location...

"Close to tube station in a very walkable area. Fairly central to everything we had planned. We did not take advantage of the amenities on site so no real rating to provide other than they were there. Will be planning our next trip to London with a stay here."

"Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location."
