"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. "The hotel is in a great location. I got the impression that it’s for a youngish crowd (mid 20s?). The rooftop was very nice, with cheap drinks. The only “issue” was that there was no safe in the room we stayed in."

The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel.
