"Clean room"

Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino

4/10 Poor

"Check in Kiosks did not work at all, line of about 25+ waiting to check in. When you check into the masquerade side they upsell you and basically tell you that the rooms you rented are terrible and need to upgrade. TV did not work, have an AI bot maintenance scheduler and no one ever showed up to fix it. Will be better off staying somewhere else."

Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

"This was our second time staying at the Trump Hotel. We have loved it both times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The food is amazing. The rooms are big and the beds sleep wonderfully. We also love the pool, the music is great not too loud, nice variety. The staff of young people are polite and curious."
