"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely gentleman, who made the whole check in so fast and easy. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. This was not my first stay here, hence why we return again and again. Around the hotel you are in the centre, underground 2 minute walk away, lots of bars, restaurants right outside and shops 10minute walk away, a lively busy part of London, however from inside the hotel, you don't hear any noise from outside and to be fair, we did not notice or hear any noise from other guests. We really love this hotel and will return. So thankyou to all the staff, cleaners especially, our room was immaculate"

"The staff were very friendly and supportive. I needed to extend my room very late at night and they were so kind to do it for me. Location is great too. The only issue was that I found a bug on the bed sheet. The staff assured me that it’s not a bedbug and it’s a carpet bug! Anyhow I don’t think it’s appropriate to see a bug of any kind on the bed sheet. I ended up putting towels on the bed to able to lay down but it was not a good night sleep at all. I hope they can resolve the bug issue, then the place would be great!"

"The whole hotel smelled like doo doo. We were on the -5 floor, the staff kindly tried to help and move us to -4, it got better but after a few hours the smell was absolutely diabolical. They really need to sort this. Never staying there ever again."
