"It’s a great location and really good rooms. I liked the breakfast. One of the horrible things that happened was a guest created a very loud situation for an extended period of time. The hotel sided with the guest creating the situation. So if you need help or a problem resolved. The hotel point blank said they are not going to do anything about it and you are on your own. Very bizarre behavior by a hotel. Never really saw this before.

"My husband and I stayed at the Pennyweight Hotel in Boston for a birthday trip to see a concert. I checked the website beforehand to make sure they had a restaurant bc we had limited time in the city. "We got off of our cruise early in the morning and went straight to the hotel. We are expecting to just be able to drop off luggage off and walk around for a few hours then come back and check in to our room. To our surprise, they had a room available and allowed us to check in and go to our room right away. This was probably before 10am. That was an awesome thing to experience and was very unexpected!"
