I checked the website beforehand to make sure they had a restaurant bc we had limited time in the city. We sat around and waited until 5pm for the “restaurant” to open, only to be told that the ONLY thing they had to eat was a cheese platter. "Super, super location in the North End, and a very friendly staff. Our room was quite comfortable -- great bed, very large bathroom, very clean. Public spaces are nice, and the added touch of chilled towels in the lobby is very nice on a warm and humid day. Less good: it's 2026, so why am I unplugging a lamp in order to have a place to plug in my phone? Why am I literally on my knees under the desk so I can plug in my laptop?
