"Really enjoyed our stay here, the reception staff were lovely the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was help yourself and really nice
And you can eat in the area which is like a rainforest type setting
A lovely glass area which really brightens up your morning
Hardly heard a noise all night

"Beautiful surrounding.
Hotel property is ok.
On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand!
Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some...

"**If you are in room 8 and the AC doesn't work, call them out on it. There are multiple reviews of issues with AC and this unit didn't even have power to the AC panel. **
First night we checked in it was a warm night. We were offered a fan at check in, which was an immediate red flag that the AC wasn't working prior to our arrival.
The second night we noticed people checking out, we asked to move rooms. They told us it wasn't the same "tier" (a downgrade) but the AC worked. We accepted that...

"Best service we have ever received from staff.
Every single member of staff we encountered at the hotel was incredibly polite, kind and extremely helpful. Mia at the front desk was particularly helpful & super lovely, as was the restaurant manager. We felt so incredibly welcome and well looked after throughout our stay, despite having some issues with our booking through Expedia. The team swiftly and generously resolved these problems, which frankly, were not even their fault.

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight.
The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would happily return.

"Stayed in the lovely en-suite room, which was nice, large and clean! Bed was quite comfortable. Bath was very modern. Only things to be informed about is no A/C (typical in non-corporate hotels!), may have missed the little tidbit of info on their webpage, but room had fan, which we put in window and had cool nights eventually. Shower is modern, but VERY small.
Ultimately, I recommend the Nap Inn as a unique European stay!"
