The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one. "We had an amazing stay and loved hanging out at the pool. After a long Disney Day we really appreciated the hot tub. Staff was very friendly and the kids loved the s'mores at night on the beach."

"Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. We had a suite which was amazing!!!! It has two bathrooms, a spacious living room and breakfast area, walk in closet, double sink and huge shower. The night turn-down service is a bonus. You come back to your room and the lights are dimmed, there's a mat with your slippers beside your bed and a bottle of water on your bedside table. "We have been staying at this property for a few years now. Property was built brand new in 2020. It is now six years old and the property has been getting some of its first wave of updates. Look to be new televisions installed in the rooms, Samsung UHD HDR smart TVs with many apps built in. New throw pillows on the couches are a nice addition. "The room didn’t smell good. I think it’s a ventilation issue. It felt humid in the room which caused the bedding to have a wet sticky feel to it. The floor felt wet and sticky."

"I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend"
