excellent breakfast free parking a little distance to walk but OK no dinner in hotel - only snacks Gym nice pool area no towels and need some investment as not modern standard

The pool was very unique and pretty. Unfortunately we didn't have a long enough stay to use it. If we ever spend time near Vienna, we'd definitely go back there. It is easy to get to from the highway and the train station was a short walk from the hotel and it went straight to downtown Vienna.

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to the tram station and 30-40 minutes to Center. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, rooms were clean and very nicely renovated. Pool and health area were fantastic as well, great hotel for families. Highly Recommended

Comfortable quick stop
A quick overnight stop on a long drive. Conveniently near the motorway, friendly and clean. Room was comfortable and quiet. Worked great for us, but not sure about a longer stay given the location.

Great hotel, very beautiful room but no one knows where the swimming pool is. Directions for gym and pool is very bad. It took my half an hour to find it out. Also indoor pool area was cold. Apart from this all fine.

They do not have an operating restaurant.
Their restaurant was not open which was not indicates anywhere. That was one of the main reasons to book a room there to have a proper nice dinner without going anywhere, but we were told to go to a shopping centre.

Great stay
Stay was good and enjoyed. Hotel was clean and well maintained, but only thing is that it’s bit far from the city central. It has good connectivity too!

The female staff were arrogant unlike the male staffs. She was not helpful. Her attitude and explanations when we checked in were as if she were not be bothered attitude. The female staff gave stupid remark when my son’s room key did not work. Her words were she sees my son more than her mum. The hotel should mention that there are a lot of pickpockets in the lobby and my friend’s handbag were stolen. And the female staff did not offer help at all when my friend’s handbag was stolen.

Suited our needs.
We needed an overnight stay after an early evening flight into Vienna before travelling to the Alps and not wanting to stay in the city itself. The Eventhotel Pyramide was just what we were looking for, half an hour’s easy drive from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel and our rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a meal in the evening which was good and the breakfast buffet was very good with a wide choice on offer. All in all a very good hotel for a short stay before travelling on elsewhere, recommended.

Sanjay and the other gentlemen in the bar were super friendly and service was fantastic. However, information on travel into Vienna, or even signs directing you to the team line or breakfast room would help 🙂

Eventhotel Pyramide
Overall a clean, tidy and well laid out Hotel. Some signs in some areas looking a little tired and either requiring a lick of paint or wall paper. WiFI signal is good in most places but be warned some bedrooms lack a decent signal. The Conference centre 'pyramid' needs the ceiling cleaners in as its clear there are areas that don't get reached very often. Staff are friendly. Bedrooms are clean. There is free car parking which involves a 5 minute walk to 'P4'.. the nearest car park costs.. a lot! €15 / day which is a rip off. Tram service to the city centre is frequent but does take a little time to understand the info. Hotel is right next to the largest shopping centre in Vienna but be warned that it shuts at 7pm and closed on Sunday. There are a couple of restaurants within the complex that stay open later. On the whole though, an enjoyable week!

When Vienna is full...
1. Non smoking floor smelled of smoke. 2. Parking was $25/day unless you walked 400 meters behind the hotel to a remote and dark lot. 3. Staff was very friendly and gave us a good room (albeit smoky). 4. Quiet and clean with old furnishings.

Hotel entrance was good and that was the only thing good about it. Rooms were old b stinky. And no air conditioning. It was suffocating
