The property was under construction. Our air conditioning did not work . The elevator was out of service , our 4th floor room was 102 steps up. I checked out the fitness center and as I opened the door there was a naked man coming out of the sauna right by the treadmills . I did not feel comfortable to use the facilities after that . The room was spacious and clean but so hot ! The staff were very nice carrying our bags up and down to our room . The manager agreed to a 30 percent discount and also gave us free breakfast . I did feel it should have been more but Caroline was super professional and understanding ! Overall an unpleasant uncomfortable nights stay . I would not recommend a stay here . More like a budget hostel than a hotel

The property was under construction, no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up and down four flights of stairs. The floors had building materials all over the place in the hall ways and along the stairwells. The room was clean but told we may not have hot water for part of the time. Offer to send us to another one of their hotels but we found out that one was under construction. We were fortunate that we only spent one night...we would not want to spend any additional nights. The hotel should have informed us that it was under construction and provided us an alternative. For our first experience in Vienna...it was disappointing and set the wrong tone.

Quiet location. Free upgrade to larger room. Friendly and helpful reception staff who all spoke good English. Green policy re use of towels but unfortunately this was not communicated to housekeeping, who left clean towels anyway! Unfortunately the bathroom fan could not be turned off, meaning that my adjacent bedroom was noisy, making it difficult for me to get to sleep.

Should’ve been informed that it was under construction room and God has many flaws for shower pressure for drainage one of the lights were out on the bathroom ceiling he decided not to work they offer us another room but we just got settled in and there’s a whiny sound came and went came and went Hopefully the remodeling and fix all that

Not exactly hotel
The property has good location ,10 minutes by walking to city center. The suite room for 3 people has one double bed and another bed which is not comfortable at all. The sofa in salon was with holes. The view from the window room is to internal wall. The service staff is pleasent to guests.the cleaning is just ok.

Excellent location for district 1 Vienna. Everything within walking distance. Staff helpful overall and very personable. Suggested great places to eat and understood the want for us to see Bowen's main attractions. Not very homely looking in general. Clinical finish. Single bed not comfortable. Towels not soft. AC wasn't working so very hot in room and hotel in general.

Nice and clean. Location was decent. The front staff weren’t very helpful or friendly. Great price for what you get. Would recommend ,st don’t ask the front staff for any help. They were unapproachable and unfriendly.

Location wise it was great; around 10min from the nearest attractions. Staff was polite and friendly Hotel was more like a 3 star Room was basic, not much furniture considering the size of the room. No room service despite requesting it. They knocked at 7.33am and we asked them to return later but they never showed up. Although we were there for 3 days, we would have liked the bins to be emptied. Overall the hotel wasn't too bad.

We had a very lovely and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean, spacious and well decorated. I definitely will return to it should I visit Vienna again.

It is very good hotel(aparthotel).Fantastic location in the city centre ,walking distence to all main histirical sites and very quiet at the same time. Big and spacy rooms,maybe some of them in need of some refurbishment.Clean.Very nice and helpful staff.I had misfortune to experience leaking water in my room (and few more rooms I believe) so my four nights stay ended in movement to 3 different rooms and lack of air conditioner when in Vienna was really hot weather The way how staff managed this crisis was great and very unusual.

Really good location, clean, safe, fun, everything unless you need Internet for work. The Internet is as good as Fiji, Chad and the French countryside - basically 3rd world. If you're coming on vacation this is the place for you - leave the computer behind as it won't connect!

Very good hotel, easy to walk to cafes and landmarks. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

5 day stay for business. The location and room were great but it was not possible to control the temperature satisfactorily as the room remained too warm (in February/March!) and I had to sleep with the windows open. The crockery in the room was not regularly replaced with clean crockery and had to be washed before use. I did mention this to the desk and they took it on board.

I think the property may have been a retrofit of an office bldg, as it has an internal atrium that looks on to the other floors but nothing else. It was non-descript to look at from the outside - and if not for the two topiaries you'd never know it was a hotel entrance. Its located in the old part of Vienna and close to just about everything you came to see. Cabs are plentif and a €10 ride to wherever you want to go. The lobby was small but cute and the staff very helpful and friendly - and all spoke great english. No restaurant in the hotel - and no room service for late night arrivals. The French restaurant next door was good. The rooms were very clean, and spacious with high ceilings. The beds are sumptuous, with great quality linens and real feather duvets - just like home! The bathroom was clean and renovated and houskeeping did a thorough job of cleaning every day. The towels were just okay - they could be better. Breakfast included - which i look for, as I prefer to not have to get dressed to go out and find breakfast. It covered all the basics - fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, sausages, baked goods and great coffee. This hotel isn't a flashy but overall had great quality of things that matter the most to me. Great location, great bedlinens, onsite food, and helpful staff.
