Thanks for your review, I would just like to point out that in each room we leave anti-mosquito tablets in the sockets. In Venice, there are many due to the heat and the canals, but they don't come from the toilet.then I leave both the spray to avoid bites and the mosquito spray behind my desk, it doesn't seem to me that we do nothing to avoid this discomfort.anyway I hope you had a good staybest regards elizabeth

We are very sorry that your holiday was ruined in the end but everything depended on the fact that you did not show up on the reserved date but the next day without warning. this led to the no show with the application of all costs related to your booking. the final misunderstanding depended on the rather aggressive way in which you placed yourself against the girl at the reception when she told you that your no show had generated the reserve for a new guest and that if you wanted to stop you would have to pay you the rerouting of the new guest. I advise to always respect the reserved dates or at least to warn of possible delays, we are not of the visionaries !!!

gentilissimo cliente, mi dispiace che abbiate avuto tutti questi problemi per trovare casa fenice comunque basterebbe stampare la piantina o scriverci che arrivate di notte in modo da potervi dare tutte le informazioni necessarie, per l'odore sgradevole nella stanza purtroppo a venezia succede quando l'escursioni delle maree sono elevate.....per il costo della colazione non essendo compresa nel prezzo non ci sembra esoso c'è anche da dire che non essendo compresa nel prezzo offriamo gratuitamente ai nostri ospiti coffe ammenities in camera che ci sembra sia una ottima cosa speriamo comunque che abbia avuto un buon soggiorno grazie e speriamo alla prossima elisabetta

hello thank you for your review concern the room and bed too small is normal if you made a reservation for a dbl small queen size bed as concern enstead the breakfast we can offer for low only package produts no fresh sorry... we hope at the end that you spend a good time to our property regards elisabetta
