"Stayed for 2 nights. Location was excellent for late night uber back from universal parks… room on arrival wasn’t the cleanest- foreign hair in shower and cockroach on floor. Meanwhile I had to pay an extra 100 dollar deep clean because I had my 12y.o. 8lb chihuahua mix for one night while we were there. Did not try any amenities but did notice they had a shuttle to parks as well, and a great smelling breakfast."

We are now at Clearwater Beach-side hotel and our whole family wants to go back to the Hyatt House. Not because of attractions, but because of how comfortable everyone was at this hotel. "It's very noisy if you get a room by elevators.The roomdoors slam everytime someone comes and go. The shower room is very small. The air conditioner in my room was making a rattling noise all night when on. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything just about from next room. We heard around 12 mid night the people next to us go in their room turn on T.V. and heard someone dailing like on the phone. Such a bad night no sleep at all."
