"Hotel Emblem provided great accommodations during my visit to San Francisco. It’s smack in the middle of downtown so it gets a little noisy with traffic but I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again. My favorite thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone was so pleasant and eager to make our stay wonderful. "

"Our stay exceeded our expectations, the front desk was so friendly when checking us in and checking us out. We didn't know the Destination Fee came with so many benefits, we definitely took advantage of that. We were lucky enough to also get an upgrade, which we are very grateful for. Although we didn't need cleaning for our room, the maid was kind enough to ask us if we needed new towels. The location was very convenient as it is in the middle of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Valet is quite expensive per night though. The checkout process was very smooth. Would definitely stay here at the Westin again next time we're in the city"
