"It was fine for a place to get some sleep while in Tulsa and nothing was life altering inconvenient, but this asked me how likely I was to recommend it to someone else. I highly doubt I ever recommend it to anyone as a place to stay unless it not costing much is the only thing that matters to them. "This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. I was pretty much going to ignore that because you can't beat the room price, and everything else was acceptable. I happened to walk by the front desk, and the attendant asked...

"The room was clean and comfortable. However whenever we flushed the toilet, we had to lift the toilet top and fix it so that it would fill the tank. Also, the elevator was working correctly. It took 6 minutes for the doors to close and then it jerked the whole time it was going up and down. We said something to the front desk and their answer was...yeah, it does that...??!!"
