I needed to stay in the Nakano area and this hotel was the closest to Nakano Station, it was a very short two minute walk out of the station gates. The hotel is on the upper floors of the Nakano Sunplaza building, accessible from the elevators at the back and to the right of the ground floor if entering though the main doors. I mention this because I wandered around for a bit as there were no onvious signs (at least in English) giving directions to the hotel inside the building.
Staff was welcoming and check in was fast, the twin room was quite spacious compared to the average Japanese hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. Large shopping arcade just across the street (fronting the station) as well as Nakano Broadway which houses a myriad of little shops, many of which in the upper floors are similar to what you would expect to find in Akihabara. Tons of eating options inside the shopping arcade and along the little alleyways surrounding it. English menus might not be readily available everywhere but it’s Japan after all, be adventurous!
