It is self check in and out, so very easy and convenient! Staff were friendly and helped us on more than one occasion. Super easy to get to and surrounded by subway and bus lines. It was about a 20min walk from the main terminal. The beds were comfortable enough. We got extra pillows and it made a big difference!
