"Best customer service, staff are always there to assist and provide exceptional service. They are always there for you! The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The spa services at oasis was great. The resort pool was clean and they had sea scooters for kids to play in the pool. They also have few restaurants on the property but we tried only 2 and bother were great. We tried saffron and the poop bar cafe that had burgers and other quick food...

"the bed was horrible, made it difficult to sleep. i've stayed in plenty of hotels around the world and this was the worst. i needed multiple massages after sleeping in that bed. horrible quality. check in was also so long for no reason. we waited over an hour for our room and was harassed by one of the club representative trying to sell us a membership. she was very negative and left a bad taste to the welcoming"

"施設が古いと以前の口コミで記載されていましたが、外観としてはそのようには感じませんでした。大きい施設なのでロビーからツアーなどに参加するには海辺の客室は結構遠く感じます。ホテル内の食事は結構高いです。朝食はいろいろメニューがあり、満足でした。設備で不満を感じたのはシャワーのお湯の量でした。出口を絞ってなんとか使用しましたが、広げて使うとおじぎをして洗い流すのが大変です。洗面台は2個あり使いやすいのですが、ここは改善して欲しいところです"
