"The room was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. We booked a pool room and my only complaint is that they had the filter on a timer. It was windy and rainy so often when we got ready to use our private pool, it was dirty. They did adjust the timer to every 2 hours rather than every 4 and would come clean it in request. However, when you want to use the pool, you don’t want to have to wait, especially considering the price point of the room.
The pool area got quite messy with the win but...

"This is my favorite resort. I stay here for four weeks twice a year and I love how clean and quiet it is. It’s not a party town like Patong, but still plenty of bars and nightlife. The property has a nail salon and massage shop where they do amazing Thai massage. The breakfast buffet is good, but it’s not as good since they opened the new building. "From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The staff were amazing throughout my stay, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed.
