We had a beautiful view of the park & buildings, & we love our room! Very comfy bed & all. Front desk Elena and Angel helped us tremendously and patiently navigate Taoyuan. They were warm, super nice, & helpful, basically set the tone of our entire stay. Our fam was happy we chose to book in this awesome hotel. The only regret we have is that we should’ve stayed much longer here. Thank you hotel kuva chateau! Your customer service by all your staff, esp displayed by Elena & Angel, were pretty awesome!"
