"The swimming pool is warm enough for us to swim in winter.. the location is close to central station with lots of eateries around the area.. the breakfast buffet was great plenty of selection with healthy choices.. the room is clean..overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back.."
"We stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for one night to celebrate my son’s birthday, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
There was no warm welcome on arrival, and no complimentary birthday treat or cake for the celebration. The room did not feel clean—the carpet was dusty, the bathroom had mould and an unpleasant smell, and one of the face towels had what appeared to be a red stain on it. We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water or basic toiletries provided.
Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet our expectations, and the stay was not as special as we had hoped for our son’s birthday celebration."
"its a lovely hotel with wonderful views although the sound of trains underneath was annoying . i will need to request next time to get a different room as when I stayed the last time I'm pretty sure I didnt feel the trains. Will definitely stay again and take my dogs. Another comment is I feel the rooms need a little maintenance but still lovely place to stay Thank you"
