I generally don’t like to leave a bad review, but we were pretty disappointed with our stay. The photos of this property paint the property in a very glamorous light, and I would say they are misleading as the room we stayed in was not as bright and updated as the pics seem. However our biggest disappointment was with the bedding, the room we booked was meant to sleep 4, with a queen sized bed and a pull out lounge. The pull out lounge could not be slept on, the frame was buckled and had only a few springs left, so the mattress did not lay flat. The mattress was also less than desirable with the springs sticking out. When we asked for a second mattress, we were provided with a foam topper, which was not sufficient to make the bed sleep-able. As a result our children slept on the mattress on the floor.
The reception was not open randomly at various times, and as we had a very busy schedule we were not able to ask for help when it was convenient to us.
The parking situation is also pretty terrible, with the paid parking being a 10 minute walk away. Whilst this was manageable due to the ages of our children, some clarity around this would be helpful, because I would imagine it would be very difficult if you did have smaller kids.
The kitchenette was also not stocked with resources to make it self sufficient for a family of 4. The complementary milk in the fridge was off.
