"This facility is brand new, in fact the morning I left was their official open house. Everything was perfect, clean and well executed. Staff were friendly, they did ask if I was a hyatt member (i am not), thought they might have explained that or given me information to review. My stay was short, but lovely."

"Our stay at Hampton Inn was disappointing overall. The AC was not working properly during the night. A staff member came to check it, but the room still stayed very warm. The thermostat was set to 72, and even the fan air felt warm instead of cool, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. In the morning, we went for breakfast around 9:30 AM, but there was hardly anything left available. The staff was polite and did try to help, but the room...

"This hotel is pretty much perfect. Close enough to the highway to be convenient, but far enough that there is no traffic noise. Lots of restaurants nearby. We ordered take out pizza from Little Italy at the recommendation of Brandon at the front desk. The restaurant is literally around the corner from the hotel in a strip mall at the next light. Excellent pizza and staff was really nice. Nice to wind down in our room with adult beverage and wonderful pizza after a long day on the road. Oh,...
