"Our room was quiet and kept clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied the 6 days we stayed there and presented attractively. My only complaints were no grab bars in the shower and the toilet stool was very low which made it difficult to rise from."

"True to its name this is a garden site and the grounds are wonderful. Most hotels jam-pack their gyms, making it impractical for more than a handful of people and the equipment will be in the way of your workout if you plan to use anything but a stationary machine. My room had a troubled shower faucet which required extra force to make it work taking away that Hilton brand experience."

"The first room assigned had no electric in bathroom, the second room had no phone, the breakfast was sparse and mystery meat. We would not stay here again. Would not recommended."

"If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house. "The only chairs in the room were stackable plastic and metal chairs. No other chairs to sit on. The bed was not the normal mattress-gushy or something. The staff was hard to understand. The check out guy wasn't going to give me a receipt - I had to ask and he seemed miffed that he had to do it."

"Always a great experience staying here when I visit Bucks Clunty. Staff are kind, efficient, and eager to make your stay better. It’s clean and the rooms are comfortable."

"Our room had damage to the ceiling and we have a toddler that could not take a tub because the drain was broke. The hot tub was very dirty. The power went out so we had to take ice cold showers as the generators were not strong enough to run everything."

"There was no laundry bag. There was a power out for a little while probably that is because for the storm. At one point we were trapped at the lift until I pushed the open doors, and the rear doors were open. The price is high and I wish I can talk/book via person (hotel's customer service) on the phone (not online stuff) and third party!!"

"We had a completely HORRIBLE stay here and to top it off the desk staff wouldn't do a thing about it. Pushed me off to the "manager" that never seemed to be on property. Never bothered to reach out to me to resolve the issues. Room smelled musty. Bed was hard and lumpy. Felt like bugs were biting my ankles under the covers. And after a horrible very short night of sleep I went to shower and found out my room had NO HOT WATER!!!!!!! Sleep in your car instead of staying here."
