"The room was fairly basic, minimalist! There were no spare blankets available but the room had heat available in the hotel.
The restaurant ordering was all by QR code - no cash. The food was good.
The outer corridors was noisy until 9.45pm with small children running up and down and yelling unsupervised. I didn’t report it hoping the parents would act like parents!"

"Leonardo at Charlotte place was an excellent choice pre cruise. Ideally located. "Selected this spot as we were sailing out on a cruise the next day. Great location, staff set up a taxi for our group, knew what port/platform we needed to be at (just by saying our cruise line.) They were friendly and informative.
Hotel is perfectly located beside a shopping mall which allowed us to do a little shopping before leaving and gather some last minute items.
Would recommend this property and hope to return in the near future."

"The room was spacious and clean although there was a noticeable chip out of the wardrobe beading. The HarBar6th could have been cleaner a lot of crumbs trapped between the tile top and glass.
Lunch in the Jetty restaurant was good, but the table was not cleared at the completion of dessert course and no tea or coffee offered.
Somewhat disappointing for a 5 star hotel."

"Very disappointing. Never met the staff. Couldn’t get luggage up the steep narrow steps. Locked luggage down stairs and then couldn’t reach staff to open the closet. There was a notice in the bathroom stating that if we use too much electric we will be charged. There was a bar in the lounge that never did open on a Friday night. There was a bell but nobody responded. Won’t be back."
