DO NOT STAY HERE- READ THIS. We walked in to check in at 8 pm. When we walked in, a super nice family was yelling at the front desk guy about there being blood everywhere in their room, these creepy guys trying to get into their room, and the same creepy guys starring at their little girls and so much more. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS- considering the amount of human trafficking happening these day THEN, I go up to tell the front desk guy we don’t feel safe staying here(obviously) and he said he understood and that I wouldn’t be charged a late fee or anything for my rooms, because of the circumstances. But I looked at my banking app the next day and sure sh*t, I was charged the late fees for each room. I called Expedia and super 8 and they both told me at first they could do that and then I called back after that fact and they said it’s complicated so they are unsure if they can do it. effing ridiculous. DONT STAY HERE.

The entire building smells like cigarette, and not the good kind. The towels probably haven't been white in ten years (they are now a brownish color with brown stains). The sheets were super crusty. I would rather sleep in my car than in this Super 8

my last full day there, this stay, they constantly pestered me to leave the room for "20 minutes" so they could replace all the furniture in the room. I think they had me mistaken for one of their 3rd party payees. these people have always been anti-american but the location was often convenient for me.

This was an unbelievably gross hotel. The front desk area was questionable but I checked in anyways. When I went to the room, the exterior glass door was missing the glass and the handle was broken. The door to the room was filthy. When I went in the room, it was disgustingly dirty. There were also holes in the wall, exposed outlets, the smoke detector was in the drawer of the bedside table. The sheets had black hairs on them. There was dirt in the sink and crumbs in the ice bucket. Literally everything was filthy. The entire hotel smelled terrible and the carpet was ripped up in areas. It was shocking! Needless to say, I didn’t stay there.

The staff was great. Very friendly. The room, eh. It’s a work in progress. Lots of issues, we didn’t bother to try the shower. The toilet worked. Sink drain was clogged. I’ve stayed in worse.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. It is freezing outside. There are no blankets. I’ve asked for blankets twice and still don’t have one. The beds have sheets that are stained and bedspreads with cigarette holes. I chose this place because it stated it had a continental breakfast. There is no breakfast, no food. This place is filthy and disgusting. If there wasn’t a snow storm outside, I would have gone someplace else.

Have stayed here many times in the past year. Place seems to becoming more routine; staff less weird. Have not heard about as many shootings here as had in the past. They have raised their security deposit, a lot, so may not be back. Less TV channel options as with previous visits. Still no breakfast as they promise. I asked about it again this time and they say they working on it. Has heat, soap, hot water and security. And, micro wave and fridge. Comfortable and convenient location for mee.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was run down, wall had patches, the water pressure was non existent like had to wait two minutes for water to even come out of faucet . Internet was fickle and there was not free breakfast even though it was advertised . Staff said they were not approved for food yet didn't pass and was waiting for next inspection

This Property is the worst I done ever visited, didn't stay nor did I checkin, offering free Breakfast. But Taking $100 Deposit for no breakfast. I can't believe I booked this. But Expedia came to the Rescue and Hour later after my supposed check in. But the offered a great Deal luckily. All the hotels were not booked.

Extremely disappointed.
Sheets dirty. Two very very small pillows. No cover. Smelled smokey. No breakfast bar. Snowed evening before. Did not clean sidewalks or parking lot. Dirty hallway. Bathroom vanity faucet did not operate properly. Sprayed everywhere. Super 8 keeps deposit too long.

The light switch in the bathroom had no cover. It was hanging out of wall with ground wire exposed. The ceiling tiles were all stained like the roof had been leaking for years. There was no breakfast available even though when I booked the room it said “free breakfast included”. All in all tge place is a complete dump.

I checked out as soon as I got to the room . Got a refund . Sleeping outside would have been cleaner . The pillows looked like a college kid slept on them for 4 years at a frat house . The carpet didn’t looked like it was vacuumed ever . The mattresses were stained . No blankets. Dirty towels dirty fridge. I felt like I was in a seedy motel in Mexico . There wasn’t a front desk . It was a booth behind concrete and glass like walking up to get your bedding for your cot for jail .

There were many things in the room that were broken. It smelled in the hallway and it had a chemical smell in the room. At check-in we were told we could not check in because rooms were not available yet even though it was after 3:00 p.m.. there were cigarettes burns in the countertops and in the bedding. Curtains were falling off. The wall. Pillows were uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for.
Check in was rough as the hotel did not have rooms ready at check out. Room was very run down and dated. The price is cheap for a bed for a quick over night but you get what you pay for. No bed bugs but we did see insects. Wouldn’t recommend even with the cheap price.

As soon as we opened the room door there was a nasty odor that didn’t go away. Secondly walk over by the window and there was dry wall all over the floor. From where I’m not to sure. As we were getting set for bed I put my charger on the table between the beds and next thing I know there are a bunch of cockroaches and then there was more in the bathroom. Was so disgusted grabbed our stuff and immediately left. Never been to a worse place before

The roaches were terrible. Didn't notice them till the 3rd night. After shaking all of my belongings out, i checked out. The took $30 of my deposit for a towel i spilled juice on and did not give me the towel. Stole my money basically. I'll never recommend them to anyone. The woman at the counter had the worst attitude ever. With several customers. Thumbs down for that place. Horrible experience. Don't pick them.

I spent the weekend with my girlfriend there.. there was no breakfast offered.. The toilet seat wasn’t attached in the bathroom… The Tv had a mount attached to it.. but it wasn’t attached to the wall or broken.. The sink faucet was also loose enough for you to almost take it out.. Was told it was non smoking.. but it smelt like somebody was smoking weed each night we was there. Wasn’t a bad environment.. I guess you get what you paid for.

Horrible stay
It was the worst stay we ever had in any hotel. The walls were broken. Room was smelly. Bathroom seat was shaking. No blanket. Electrical fittings were falling off. The bed had an iron extension out of bed that may hurt if you are not careful. Please see pic attached. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. You just get a broken room with AC.. that’s all.
