"Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful"

"Everything about this property is brilliant, its not too far from anywhere, the rooms are good size with very comfortable beds, an OLED flatscreen tv, a cooler, AC, and a modern bathroom. "Staff were excellent especially Lyon. All the staff was exceptional. Only thing that I was disappointed in was, the elevator was down for a day and a half. The first day we had to carry our luggage up the steps to the fourth floor and go up and down the steps. It was fixed in the evening, the next day. It was very unpleasant. Overall the stay was good."

"I can honestly say the owner the staff was wonderful. I got scheme at a hotel off south beach and came here. The check in is so easy and effortless. I booked late at night around 11pm and was able to self check myself in. "This hotel was quite a lovely surprise. It is right by the beach, but I didn’t hear the commotion on Ocean Drive. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and a very nice size. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was simply a lovely stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also very good. "This hotel is beautiful and everyone on the staff from the valet to the front desk and managers was extremely kind and helpful. The pools are the perfect size and the pool side service is great. I love that you get a pool chair and towel &/or a beach chair and towel each day included with your stay. I wish they would also cover this for your final day - especially if you have a late flight out. Have already recommended this place to several people and I just got home. I will be returning."
