"Nice place, close to trains and icons"
I loved the short walking distance to Big Ben and London eye. You could also see either from the hotel. The trains were close by which made seeing London in two days easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Quality service! The food all round was delicious and of quality. Thanks for exceeding our expectations - we will be back :)

"Brilliant room, fantastic helpful staff, ideal."
My friend & I were going to the Longines Global Championship Tour held at Horse Guards and even though my son lives in London, unfortunately his house is being refurbished so he suggested the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel. Our stay there exeeded expectations, it was super and we would recommend to anyone who wants a lovely hotel, superb location and a river view room overlooking the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. "Beautiful Building, Located on Stunning Grounds!"
Walking the short distance between Elephant and Castle Underground and the hostel, I was starting to have a lot of doubts not only regarding the quality of the hostel, but whether or not I would make it there without being robbed or murdered. As soon as I saw the stunning old building, modernised by the coloured light splashing against the facade, my opinion changed dramatically. A quick walk past the beautifully maintained garden, and I entered a modern foyer buzzing with other young travellers. Although the facilities in room are limited (shared bathrooms), the dining area, TV room and common areas easily met our needs. Excellent value for money, very close to transport to both Heathrow Airport and Central London.

"Very central hotel - great for families!"
We stayed in August 2014 for a 6 day family trip to London. We were very pleased with the location, quality and service. I would highly recommend to any families who want a good location and good quality hotel. A few minute walk to the London Eye, 5 minute walk to Big Ben and the Parliament buildings and a 5 minute walk to both the Westminster and Waterloo Tube stations. We were lucky to get a room with a partial view of the London Eye.

"Great location, great service."
Easy walk to tube, Tate Modern, all that south bank has to offer. Über modern, friendly, comfortable hotel with great service and perks. You need to be comfortable without a lot of space but the beds are big and extremely comfortable. While it doesn't qualify as cheap, you get what you pay for here. I will happily return.

"Lovely contemporary hotel, minutes from Waterloo"
Stylish, contemporary & clean with friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes walk from Waterloo Station. Able to check in early on arrival which was a bonus. Breakfast was very good & included in price which was another plus. Only two things that niggled, couldn't open window in room for fresh air (presumably for safety) and charged £3 per bag for bag storage when we checked out, which we thought was a little greedy & unnecessary. Otherwise it was a great find & will definitely stay again!

"Great Price/Great Area"
Perfect location to two different metro stops; close to many restaurants and pubs; short distance walk to the river; close to Millenium Bridge with St. Paul just across the river. Great apartment, very modern, very clean, very spacious, two/two full kitchen, supermarket just across the street; very quiet building. Would stay there again without a doubt.
