Staff seemed to be a little unhelpful when it came to breakfast as we had no clue where to go, if we were to help ourselves or not.. we just got on with it in the end.. and there was limited options really. Value for money .. I would say it’s alittle over priced for what you get. You pay £30 deposit on top of what you paid for the room...

"Sadly this is NOT a 4-star hotel. It was perfectly clean and comfortable but without any desirable amenities or luxury. The bar had a very limited drinks menu and the wine I drank was awful."

"The location is ideal – right in the city centre. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has its own large paid parking for £17 per day. The rooms are a bit dated. Outside, it was extremely hot during our trip. The room's built-in air conditioning, despite being set to the lowest possible setting (+18°C), was blowing hot air. The windows wouldn't open, making it impossible to sleep."

"We always stay in the Future Inn when we visit Bristol. The main reasons for staying there are the proximity to Cabots Circus and the parking is paid for you by the hotel. We have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. This time we noticed little cut backs, such as no free bottle of water in the room, instead there is a carafe that you can fill yourself from the machine in the corridor. No big deal, just noticed it. And no biscuits on the tea tray. And no amenity kit in the bathroom....

The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many places and this is one of the best places we have stayed."
