OK overnight stay but not more then that

Hotels.com sold me a standard room with a free upgrade. I was given a basic room or could pay £60 per night for the free upgrade and was told they only have a few rooms they give free upgrades on. Eventually, the next day, got moved. However, the room then wasn’t serviced, I had to ask for some clean towels. The next day I was promised housekeeping but not till after lunch. At 4:30, still not done so had to have another conversation. Was very disappointed. Breakfast, cool instead of hot cooked breakfast, just in tin trays with no lids, the rest was bland. The coffee was ok. One of the bar staff was ok. One of the receptionists was ok. Location, in the middle of nowhere. The bathroom was tiny and would benefit from a refresh.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious and renovated, good breakfast, the parking lot is behind the hotel very convenient.

The hotel is very nice, quiet and very clean. The staff was kind and friendly even accepted to check-in earlier than mentioned on the booking.

The check in experience with Petar was terrible. He was unwelcoming and unpleasant. I felt like he was trying not to check me in and help. I suggest that management can improve this process

Amazing value...wonderful staff We were given an upgrade to an apartment which was perfect as I was in Sofia for dental work..so was able to make my own food as I was only able to eat certain things. Would highly recommend this hotel

It was ok..picture of hotel is not accurate..it looks nicer in the photo..hotel is 10feet off of a main road.. I guess when you've been to Vegas multiple times, every other place in the world pales in comparison

It wasn't my first time at this hotel...but this time i was very disappointed because i booked a room with a king bed and when i from the hotel gave me a room with two separated beds. We are a couple!!! So i asked for explanation why do they give me this room and they said because hotel is full. I booked the hotel in advance!! The second problem was the heating in this room. Wasn't working well. And they gave us a other small heating!!! And this is a 4 stars hotel!!!

Dear guest, first of all I would like to apology for your unpleasant opinion. I would like to inform you that the request for king size bed is upon availability of the hotel. We could not guarantee it. The hotel was fully booked and please note that we have other guests with preliminary reservations also. I am really sorry about this situation but we did not guarantee king size bed at all. About the heating - may be there was a problem in the room and if the hotel was fully booked my colleague from the reception couldnt do anything else except gave you small heating. Хороший отель, в центр нужно ехать. Мы брали такси, стоит 5 евро, занимает 10 минут. Вокруг лес. Достаточно тихо, но вокруг ничего нет. Но мы сами выбирали этот отель, нам было удобно.

Αντιμετωπίσαμε δυσάρεστη έκπληξη με την άφιξή μας καθώς η reception μας ανακοίνωσε ότι δεν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα δωμάτια παρά την κράτησή μας μέσω hotels.com. Πήρε πολλή ώρα μέχρι να μας ενημερώσουν ότι θα μας χορηγήσουν upgrated δωμάτια χωρίς επιπλέον επιβάρυνση. Τέλος δεν μας έδωσαν τιμολόγιο κατά την αναχώρησή μας όπως ζητήσαμε. Κατά τα λοιπά η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη και χωρίς άλλα προβλήματα.
