Hotel Best Western di Simi Valley

"The neighborhood was filthy and disgusting, as was the lobby. This is a motel in a seedy part of North Hollywood. Nowhere near Burbank Airport. How they have the audacity to call it Best Western Burbank Airport Inn is beyond me. There were people smoking in the parking lot, homeless people wandering through the lobby, and the area rug in the lobby was stained and filthy. The “receptionist” was nice enough to cancel my reservation after I called Expedia and told them there was no way I was going...

"I was allowed to check in early and the staff were nice enough not to charge me a fee. Also, they were nice enough to give me a room on the first floor."

"staff was great, property looked like possible reno or soft reno in progress (boxes in parking lot) tv didnt work at all, the wifi didn't work, the ac was a joke, only hot humid air came out which was not condusive for preparing for the event I was attending. Bed was fine, water pressure was great. It appears that they are trying, I would stay again, and more that likely will. Breakfast was really nice, well stocked"
