"Property was fantastic! Rooms were very clean. Walkable to the beach which was very nice. Pools were both great. Everyone was very nice. Only complaint, if you are a late riser, it’s a little noisy starting in 7:30-8am with housecleaning carts. That can’t be helped. Front desk employees were thorough on the property amenities. Overall, a great value for a weekend trip"

"What a delightful and quaint place. The room was sparkling clean. The pools were both gorgeous. The tiki bar was enjoyable. I can’t recall the bartender’s name but she was lovely. Unfortunately we had to leave at 11 pm because of a problem at our house. I certainly hope we can return."

"Dry comfortable suite ! Clean and all amenities in kitchenette with big fridge. Excellent shower with very nice towels and tv’s in both living room and bedroom with tons of channels… Beautiful pool with soft comfortable.sunning chairs. Check in and out was a breeze. We were on bottom floor near office. Small pets ok. The manager Brian was great. Only 1/2 mile to bridge and you are on Siesta Key !!!! We WILL stay there again !!"

"Toilet not working in master bath after attempts to fix….. electrical problem with outlets by stove.. blew circuit routinely Uncovered electrical outlet Large TV in living room did not work after attempts to fix it. Ice machine not working "

"We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. Overall, the hotel was clean and the beach club was great!"

"My room is always very clean at the Westin (which should be the standard everywhere but unfortunately isn't, so of course it's always a relief to walk into a clean hotel room). However, the first day I was there, the pool was pretty murky/dirty and I did not want to use it. I did bring this to their attention. The next morning it looked like it had been properly shocked and cleaned. The QR code to order room service online was glitchy, but I called the front desk and they were very accomodating...

"Elevator was very slow. Only one in entire building. You have to let the front desk know if you want your room cleaned. They don’t automatically clean the room throughout your stay. Breakfast was ok. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom could use refurbishment. Lobby of hotel and half of our floor was under repair for a leak. Overall it was good but could use some tweaks."
