"Cleanliness. Smelled good. Breakfast was great."

"Hotel room was clean and organized. The bed was super comfy and the morning breakfast was great as well. Only thing I can really say is small details matter and definitely would say they need to replace shower curtains. It had mold at the bottom of the curtain building up. Considering the curtains are of cloth I think they to be replaced pretty often. The staff were pretty decent didn’t really appreciate the worker rushing my family to hurry up while eating breakfast considering I have 2 kids...

"I thought the front desk staff was great. They did what they could to resolve the issues. I had problems first night there. There were people running up and down the stairs til 3 am. I also spoke to the maid about cleaning my room and gave my room number to the front desk to be cleaned but they didn’t clean it. There was a roach in my bed and crawling on the wall. The breakfast staff was helpful."

"We want to compliment Trevor and Diane on their helpfulness. The doors in the rooms closed to loudly and there was a cockroach in our bathroom. Other than that we had a good stay."

"Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. "

"I expected a little better view of the water since it was so close to the river. We appreciated the Keurig coffee maker with pods since we weren't planning to buy food supplies. They gave very good suggestions about places to eat. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. We would stay there again."

"The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM."

"The room (407 Ocean side) was more than comfortable. The fact there was a fridge, microwave and stove added to the comfort to those (like us) who bring home left-overs. The shower was clean - the property was well maintained and having 2 parking lots was essential for our security. The morning breakfasts were not bad at all and had various things to eat on any given day from eggs to waffles to potatoes (wife said they had a little too much seasoning though - for her) and the meats they offered...

"The room was ok clean wise but the sheets and blankets had burn holes in them. The sofa cushions had some as well. The sheets on the pull out sofa bed had stains on them. Shower head spayed water out every where. Towels felt like sand paper. I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone no matter if it was cheaper than most we found in the area!"
