"The staff was extremely helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to open the sofa bed. The front desk person tried; she got the manager; and then they called a woman who’s worked at the hotel the longest and she knew the trick to opening it. This was all at 10pm.
The breakfast had the best home fries!"

"Great overnight stay, super clean, quiet. We got in late and the front desk was quick to check us in. Room was clean, water pressure was fantastic and water was hot. Not a lot of amenities but not teally looking for that. Would definitely stay there again!"

"I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes...

"Staff was very responsive. No fault of theirs but when I got there there was one fork in the kitchen and 4 of everything else. Once notified, they brought me more right away. They made every effort to meet every need, you just have to ask and give them a chance to make it right... Stayed for 10 nights and headed back there for another stay next week and looking forward to it...."

"Check in with no frills eg no chat or suggestions on dining etc but fine.
Room was so hot - mentioned to reception who said they would look at the thermostat/controller but nothing changed. The blinds are paper so if u need a dark room to sleep, u have no chance!
Free tea, coffee. But They had run out of hot chocolate and there was none for the duration of our 3 day stay. Wouldn't have taken much to pop to a shop and buy a tub!
So. Whilst it was a very nice place, I think it is a bit over...
