“Beautiful hotel”

Hotel was beautiful, large room, huge bathroom (11th floor executive double B no smoking). Very comfortable for our 4-day stay. (Our Tokyo hotel room was very small, felt cramped.) Tub in our room was not "jetted" as mentioned in Expedia description, but we used only the shower. About 2-3 blocks to subway station. Saw restaurant in service only 2 of 4 mornings, we didn't inquire about it's hours. Quick shop across the street. There were no washcloths in our room. When I told front desk, more hand towels appeared.

Clean, helpful staff, easy to walk downtown a little icy but when on the main roads it is clear.

“Value for money”

The hotel is about 10 mins walk away from the subway station and about 15-20 mins walk to Susukino and Odori. Convenient store right opposite the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs in the reception are very helpful when we ask for directions and booking taxi to airport. If you don't mind walking with your luggage for 10mins, this hotel is definitely value for money.

the location of the hotel is very good, it is close to the subway station. the bathroom is big. I like the small bars nearby.

The staff were very helpful and provided useful and relevant information when asked. The rooms were large and clean and the bathroom fantastic. The hotel is centrally located and has close access to public transport. It is within walking distance to Susukino aand Nakajima Kouen.

“Loving Saporo”

Very convient for the subway line from the airport. Close to entertainment district and walking areas. Staff were helpful to English only speaking visitors.
