"Room air conditioning unit not working, called front desk, maintenance person immediately showed up , Ended up having to move to another room, requested help with moving and maintenance person assisted.
Rooms are smaller than most hotels but workable with family. Beds were comfortable and the location was the best as we were close to many venues and events in Santa Clara. Staff was always helpful.
There was an incident Sunday, June &, early in the morning. Upon checking out I asked the desk person if they were aware of the situation. Police, Ambulance and fire personal all present. I think they should have been aware and offered to assist the family involved in the incident. Otherwise Staff was helpful especially Axel."
