property was cheap in all aspects. Room was dirty all around and needed maintenance on a number of things. Prostitutes out front along with belligerent screaming locals.

Upon drop off our Uber driver said it’s the worst hotel in San Diego, and for $100 for a bed, he was correct. The tv didn’t even work. There was a fridge with no microwave, and half the lights didn’t even work. When we asked for another room we were told they were fully booked but Expedia still let me go through most the check out process to book a room. I’d highly avoid this place. And there should be a way to get a refund.

We had a non smoking room and it was not to the point i was sick from the smell... i came home having to wash all my things a few times just to get the smell out... requested extra blankets a few times throughout my stay and never got them! Never again at that location

We got a room, no tv, hair and dirty floors, no towels, i request a towel at the front desk and they only had one and it was stained with blood, shower looked dirty and the shower knob was all loose, overal is a run down hotel, looks poor taken care of, dirty and trash bin full everywhere, quiet but dirty.

My hotel room when I first got there was disgusting it needed to be cleaned & I know it wasn’t clean because there was trash behind the recliner chair. There were finger prints on the cabinets of grease & stains. The nice thing was the front service desk let me be moved to a different room which was way better.

Okay so i have stayed at this motel 6 several times and this last time has been by far the worse experience, within the past year alot has changed, there is new construction in what use to be the other BIGGER parking lot, now its just the small side and there aren't any signs or notices stating that you have to pay $10 per night even tho the front desk said there was, even if you paid for the stay... second there are people dealing drugs right outside the motel, crackheads smoking and yelling at each other. Lastly my room smelled like smoke i paid for a premium non smoking when i let the front desk know she said it was too late to change the room as the cleaners had left for the day mind you i literally went in and out quickly to grab food and let them know, she said she could go spray the room for me but at that point i knew it wasnt going to get rid of the smell...the restroom had stains in the tub not sure blood or whatever, i know motel 6 isnt top notch but dang this one has gotten really bad....

Horrible experience people next door were playing music loudly and having people come in and out like a party house. I just wanted rest and couldn’t get that. The air unit did not work either time

My husband and I usually have no issues with staying at Motel 6 but other than the location, this one was one of the worst places we have stayed. They put us in an extremely small corner room and the room felt dirty. There was brown “stuff” all over the floor and when we called house keeping, we were informed it was not dirt but rather “stains”. The lady demonstrated by scraping her finger on the floor to show us that the brown stuff didn’t come off. There were no blankets on the bed, only sheets. My husband had to go down to the desk to ask for more towells, pillows (they only had 2 flat ones on the bed), and the missing blanket. This is the first hotel we have stayed at that didn’t have any shampoo in the bathroom. When we asked about it, we were told they don’t have any. The bed was mega uncomfortable and both my husband and I had sore backs from sleeping in it. Luckily, we were only staying 2 nights so we sucked it up. The price was right and yes, the location is good for walking around but other than that, there weren’t many positives. The room only had 1 chair in it which is all that would fit, I kid you not. One of us had no place to sit. Oh yeah and there was construction that began early in the morning literally right outside the window. I don’t know how full the place was on those nights but I’m pretty sure that had to be the worst room in the building that they gave us. My husband and I are not picky people whatsoever but we would not stay here again.

It's never good when the cops are on the property right? There were homeless people outside but they didn't bother anyone and my favorite restaurant was closed. 😔

Was given a very dirty and smelly room on the ground level. I asked to be moved to newer and renovated room which was much better, but still every sheet and towel was covered with stains. They don't have basic necessities, no toiletries or personal care stuff, shampoo, toothpaste, slippers, hair dryer, nada! Blanket was too small/thin, and not covered properly, I asked for an extra one and they gave me a fitted sheet for a mattress, and again uncovered. Very unhygienic over all. However, the staff, including the manager, are very nice and polite.

We picked this place because we have been here about 7 years ago and this place has consistently changed. Homeless everywhere and the people staying in that hotel looked like they where on drugs. Make matters worse my husband stepped on a used needle that was found in our room. Luckily for him he stepped on the end cap of the needle and did not pierce the skin. We did file a complaint, definitely do not recommend this place specifically for families. Never going back there again.

I stayed at your motel and felt very unsafe because there was a loud fight in the middle of the night. When I called the front desk for help, they said there is no security. This is not good for guest safety

There was an open pipeline that started dripping from the ceiling to the hand sink, I couldn’t believe that was happening, the fan in the restroom was so loud, the bedsheets had stains. The room was a non smoking room yet it smelled so bad. We asked for another room and the front desk dared to asked if it was that bad to which we said yes what do you mean, the ceiling is not supposed to be leaking or be smelly like that. The lobby and elevator floors wet and dirty.

Listing says Parking. Somewhat w lie. Limited parking is more like it. Told that part of their parking lot is gone to (construction?). Told to go find street parking. Picked this place because i didnt want to be parking on street. So the reason hotel was selected was the one thing they cant supply.

For a person who never stays at motels. Does I have to say the location is in the prime of walking to restaurants transportation and also shopping. You cannot ask for a nicer friendlier staff from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The hotel manager has a professional staff that is always polite With a smile.
