"Elevator seemed like it needed some repair. When it reach 3rd floor is would rattle and shake. It made my kids uncomfortable and had us taking stairs more often. Swimming pool area smelled heavily of chlorine which made Swimming uncomfortable. Room was nice and spacious though which we did enjoy. Bathroom area could use better attention to detail for cleanliness."

"It was very affordable and overall a good stay but the walls are absolutely paper thin. We were on the third floor and the people above us would not stop stomping around the entire times we stayed. They were still going at it at 1am some nights. Also with it being so close to the road, it would have been nice to have thicker windows so that we didn't have to constantly hear traffic. It's a good place if you're looking for somewhere to just sleep for a couple nights. There was even a fitness...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again."

"This is a very dated place and could use some updates. The staff was very kind, but the condition of the hotel was such that we only stayed one of the two nights we were scheduled to stay. The room appeared like it was missing half of its furniture and the furniture that was there was stained and dirty. The carpet didn't appear to have been cleaned in a very long time. The shower curtain rod was hanging on by a wing and a prayer and the bathtub was so squishy that one wrong move felt like it...

"Got the jacuzzi tub room it’s was awesome. Breakfast was potato’s eggs sausage fresh fruit bagels cereal. I’m sure there was other stuff but definitely edible and free."

"The hallways and public bathrooms were very dirty. Tje area around the po was dirty. The shower in the room was dingy. You couldn't access outside doors with the keys as the signs said you could. They ran out of coffee early during breakfast and we ate our entire breakfast and we were going to get a cup for the road and there still wasn't any coffee available. The elevator shook every time it stopped. The water refill station didn't work. The customer service was poor."
