The location of Albe hotel is perfect. There are so many dining options nearby, a friendly bakery downstair, 30 seconds walk to subway contacting literally everywhere (including CDG), and still bustling with people eating out late around 11-12pm (not late for the Parisian).

Convenient location for traveling to and from CDG airport via RER B. RER B exit 6 has an elevator if you have luggage. Close to Metro Line 4, RER C and some buses as well. Clean and basic no frills hotel. Bring effective ear plugs incase of unexpected noise.
