"The room was decent and didn't have that many complaints. However, there were a ton of cracks in the walls and the ceiling. The air conditioning was very inconsistent. There aren't many amenities that you would normally get at a Crowne Plaza, so this one was significantly worse than other properties for sure."

The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"The hotel is in a great location. I got the impression that it’s for a youngish crowd (mid 20s?). The rooftop was very nice, with cheap drinks. The only “issue” was that there was no safe in the room we stayed in."

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site.
