Dear Mr. Johnny, We thank you for reviewing our property even though we have to disagree with your comments. You have been assigned the exact same room as shown on the pictures posted online. The issue you had is that the room had an open concept bathroom and this did not suit your needs as you were travelling with a baby, which is understandable. We have shown you that it is also well written on the Expedia website that the bathroom is open. We kindly recommend you to check the room information before booking or if you have specific needs to call the hotel directly to find out more about the hotel and rooms. When talking to the management, you have never informed us about the hair nor the pieces of tobacco in the room. We do have a strict non-smoking policy in the hotel and it is very shocking to hear what you're pointing out about the cleaning lady. We understand that you expected something else and you were unhappy with the room and decided to leave 2 days earlier. We exceptionally waived the penalty for you so that you could leave the hotel and find another suitable solution. We now regret waiving you the penalty after reading your review with false information. Best regards,

Dear Guest, First of all we would like to thank you for choosing us for your stay in Roses. We inform you that you booked a Standard Room with Mediterranean style but we have upgraded you into a Junior Suite with Mediterranean style for free. Our rooms have different bedding types: Twin, Queen and King size. We do have Flat Screen TVs in every room with national and international channels and there is also Free Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas. The hotel has a total of 32 rooms divided into 8 different room categories ranging from the Mediterranean style to the Modern style, depending on room category booked. This way we can easier adapt to the customers’ tastes. Therefore we highly recommend to check carefully at the room categories and room pictures before booking. Kind regards, The Vistabella team
