Great B&B. Will be back
We booked one double and one single room at the B&B Condottieri for four nights. Checked in late in the evening due to our flights however this was not a problem to our hosts. Breakfast is served at whatever time you state in the morning and consists of fresh tea or coffee, croissants, bread, rolls and jam etc. Trams are very close by and are frequent (every 5 mins) to the centre. Takes about 20mins on tram to termini bt we didnt mind. Clean rooms with ensuite. Everything we needed and would go back to this b&b on our next trip to Rome.

Only 15 min from the centre of Rome by Tram
This is a B&B about 15 minutes by Tram from the centre of Rome. Only 2 rooms are available at this facility. We were welcomed by the owner and his team and, despite a language difficulty (we speak no Italian, they speak a little English), communicated our needs and information effectively. The room was clean, had good security and everything worked well. A Continental breakfast was provided, at the time we requested, and it met our needs well. My wife and I loved the balcony. The air conditioner easily coped with daytime Temps in Rome of ~35°C to 39°C while we were there. The owner also assisted us by driving us to the airport at the end of our stay. In another review I had read that the kitchen was not clean. We found it to be clean although somewhat dated. We had use of the facilities at all times.

Camera sporca e cimice sul letto
Premettendo che il giorno prima di arrivare a Roma mi è stato inviato un messaggio in cui mi veniva detto che la mia stanza sarebbe stata spostata nelle sede di via Prenestina per problemi con le tubature... Fin qua ci potrebbe stare, anzi a me personalmente è risultato più comodo dato che dovevo andare ad un evento proprio il quella via. La palazzina in cui si trova il b&b era inondata da puzza di cibo fritto/spezie così come il b&b stesso. La camera era impolverata e sul letto ad un certo punto è comparsa una cimice (non oso immaginare da dove sia uscita), tant'è che quel letto alla fine non è stato utilizzato e io e le mie due amiche ci siamo arrangiate stringendoci nel letto matrimoniale. La doccia del bagno era in condizioni pessime: oltre al fatto che l'acqua ci mettesse anni ad andarsene, la manopola era talmente incrostata di calcare da dover mettere tanta forza per muoverla.

Respecter un peu plus vos clients
Informations concernant cette annonce mensongère,la chambre de 18M2 fait en réalité un petit 12M2,la salle de bain équipée fait quant à elle :2M2 avec une douche,un lavabo et un WC chercher l'erreur,le petit déjeuner porte bien son nom: une tasse de café un croissant et deux biscottes tous les matins ,l'accueil du propriétaire à l'image du reste, à peine posé les valises qu'il nous demandé le règlement ,il est inadmissible de proposer une telle location.Vérifiez vous de temps en temps vos locations?

B&B je spíše byt než hotel - majitel pronajímá dva pokoje v bytě. Společná kuchyňka slouží jako místo na snídani - tu každý den ráno připravuje paní, která pak i v pokojích uklízí. Nutno podotknout, že snídaně je výhradně ve sladkém podání, avšak s výbornou kávou ;) Pokud se budete ubytovávat v pozdních nočních hodinách (v našem připadě cca 00:30), počítejte s tím, že majitel bude v bytě nocovat též, a to ve své private místnosti.
