We had a very pleasant stay…staff were very helpful, location was perfect for so many sites, for walking, and very close to the train station. I would happily stay there again!

There was a lot of noise in the morning from the hotel staff starting at 7 AM doibg cleaning work in the hallway, and also renovation work being done right beside our window with the sound of an air compressor and a big wood saw, very very loud, and they did not warn us beforehand. If they had warned us at least it would’ve made it less surprising since we would’ve known and maybe got to bed earlier. The hotel is nice otherwise.

My 3 night stay was great. The staff were friendly and kind. This location is excellent and quiet. The breakfast buffet was truly excellent both in quality and variety of selections. The only minor issue I noticed in my room is that Air Conditioning (A/C) did not seem to work properly. It was turned to high, but minimal cold air was coming out from A/C unit. However, it didn’t bother me that much as the temperature was comfortable without the A/C. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks

The room was nice and clean. The service desk was very helpful and responsive. The housekeepers did a great job refreshing the room everyday.The hotel is 5 minutes waking fromTermini station, so it is very convenient when you take the train from the airport. From the hotel you can also walk to most of rome attractions.

I took my girls and I to a quick short weekend to Rome . Highly recommend stay at this hotel very nice very clean . Staff is very welcoming and helpful with food tips on where to go. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable . Transport very local and walkable distance to colosseum.

Loved this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with different options to choose from. Had a balcony room so had breakfast outside. Very clean hotel and welcoming staff. Located within walking distance to the train station so just jumped on the train from the airport. Would stay again.

We stayed there twice in this trip, first 3 nights and second one night. The first stay we had bad smell (smells dusty) room and had to open windows when entered. The second stay we had smaller room although we paid 20% more.

Check-in was easy, my bag was brought to my room, and I was shown how the lock and light system worked. The room was small, but that was okay as I only needed it to sleep. The shower is very small, so it was tricky to wash without feeling cramped, but it was okay. I wish they explained where the fridge was and how the bed worked, and also how breakfast worked. Not a big deal, though. My only real complaint was that while the massaging beds were a nice touch, they make a lot of noise and you can hear neighboring guests using them at any hour, including overnight. But overall, I was satisfied for the price and quality.
