I’m a very experienced traveler: Hotel Pamphili is an up-to-date clean/trendy oasis, with great gym and grounds surrounding pool facilities. Also the food at this hotel is fantastic.

1. There was a bigger group staying at that time. The music was loud in the evening when they were partying. I believe it can happen from time to time. I did not create any fuss about it. It was understandable. At other times, it was quiet and a safe surrounding. 2. I took a taxi to go to the city and back on most days. In the morning, there is a shuttle service to go to Rome. The shuttle service is Euro 5 per person. The taxi was around Euro 15 per journey to the nearest metro station.

The location is excellent, all the facilities are fist class and the service is nothing out of extraordinary. Breakfast buffet is absolutely superb with choices for all tastes and the service during breakfast was very effective and welcoming. This hotel could not have been a better choice! Its beautiful inside and out, cozy, clean, and the service is great all throughout!!The breakfast was something to look forward to each day, Diana being one of the nicest people to help out whenever needed. Also try a spa day if time permits! 20 mins from center rome and train stations, accesible by taxi/Uber.

I went there with my kids on a mini break and the hotel was beautiful and clean. The surrounding is nice and picturesque. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice all through out our stay. The hotel was about 15 mins away from the city centre but the Uber drivers are amazing. A very very good stay overall

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. The front desk contains helpful information about how to get around the city and the hotel has a shuttle. However, the shuttle only takes you to a main city square, but use the map to walk to other locations or catch public transportation. I received a free room upgrade with a wonderful view.The breakfast buffet was nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant service from Yaya, Diana, and Irene the most. Overall, this is a wonderful stay whether you're traveling with a small group or a family.

I had an excellent 5 night stay. Concierge was lovely, food in both restaurants were great, and the property was beautiful. It is about an 18-20 euro taxi to or from city center but well worth it. The pool was so nice to come back to after a hot day of sightseeing. I loved this hotel and spa so much I plan to visit annually.

Our home away from home….Hotel Villa Pamphili
The day before we were to leave Rome for home, after a cruise to the Greek Isles and Italy with a two night stay at the finish in the ‘eternal city’ our 45 year old healthy, vital daughter suffered a stroke and was rushed to a Rome hospital. We needed to extend our stay in Rome for a week while she was receiving tests, heart surgery, and then an additional week in order to receive clearance to fly home. The beautiful Hotel Villa Pamphili was our ‘home’ for that two weeks. What an amazing, kind, helpful, compassionate staff throughout…..with the wonderful hotel manager Romina at the helm, the entire desk staff, the restaurant staff, and those who saw to the cleanliness and comfort of our lovely rooms. Away from the hustle and bustle of city center, with a short 15 to 20 minute cab ride to get everywhere from the hospital to all the major sights of the city, this hotel is the perfect place to stay for pleasure, business, and in our case an ‘island of serenity’ amidst worrisome times. So glad to say my daughter will be ok with just some visual motor issues left to resolve. THANK YOU AGAIN Romina and your wonderful staff…..you will always hold a special place in our hearts!!!!!

The hotel was beautiful. The pool was fantastic. The hotel was clean and provided excellent service. Only downside was the lack of nearby restaurants. The menu at the hotel wasn’t great for all in our family, including the kids. Some close by restaurants would have been nice. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to families

Great hotel with beautiful surroundings
This beautiful hotel in the middle of the green belt in Rome was a great choice. The building is well looked after, breakfast is amazing, outdoor pool is great and staff are friendly and polite. Water dispensers on each floor is a great touch. Another example of going above and beyond was when they served watermelon slices for guests around the outdoor pool. Irene, the restaurant manager and Francesca at the welcome desk were extremely helpful and attentive. Couple of things to improve on would be the noise from the roof top bar late at night and non-slip mat around the pool. I loved the pool, the rooms were clean and very nice, the tv was excellent (you could use your own netflix account) the staff were so friendly. The pool was amazing. There is not really a shallow end but that did not put off me or my family. Great hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff ell extremely friendly. We walked into the centre of Rome each day through the park which we really enjoyed and paid about 15 to 20 euros for the cab back. The breakfast each morning was absolutely superb and set us all up for the day. I would absolutely recommend this as an out of town retreat with the benefit of an enormous pool.

It was amazing! The perfect place in Rome to stay that is away from the city and offers luxury and family fun. The pool was outstanding. Spa was great as well!

Rome family trip.
Family holiday to Rome - the Hotel was a great base. Set outside the city does mean getting taxis everywhere as everything is to far to walk to. Never waited more than 6 min s for a taxi to arrive so nice and easy. Taxis are relatively inexpensive but like being on a rollercoaster ride once your in one!! The hotel is lovely and relaxing with a fabulous pool. Only issue was the over vealous jobsworth pool attendant who wouldnt even let us have 5 sunbeds together. Otherwise a great place to relax after hiki g around Rome for the day. Rooms arelarge and comfortable, great aircon. Breakfast brings a great choice of items and plenty of indoor/ outdoor seating areas. Big mention to the staff who were all fantastic and very helpful ( except pooly).

Nice Hotel
Stayed here for four nights as part of a getaway. It was the week of the superheat in Europe and was it hot! Air conditioning in the room was superb and the hotel has a fabulous pool. A rarity in Rome and is certainly one of its attractions. As Rome is quite touristy the hotel didn’t feel over busy as everyone is sightseeing, getting a pool bed was never really an issue, finding shade was. Buffet breakfast was excellent and well stocked, slightly chaotic and if you go late, all the children are there which adds to the crowds. The breakfast room is small and tables are dotted around the self serve areas so it feels cramped. Food was superb. There is even a coffee barista making personal coffees. To be picky, the rooftop restaurant is lovely for views, an evening drink and meal. You need to book. Food was again superb if not pricey for the portions. For what you are paying for I would expect slightly better service, I just think they are understaffed, you can wait ages to be served or order drinks. I saw two groups come up for drinks, they sat and had menus, no one came to them at all, in the end they got up and left. A very poor reflection on service and would certainly put me off going there. Losing good business. There are only 3 lifts. One was out of service throughout our stay and on one other day, two were out of service. No small shops nearby, you need a taxi to get around. Easy to order. Overall a nice hotel and worth the stay. Maybe avoid the rooftop.

Had a great stay here, the hotel is exactly as pictured! The rooms were immaculately clean, the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Bruna) and the buffet breakfast was beautiful with SO many options. I would recommend to anyone who wants a little slice of calm whilst staying in Rome.

Positive: when we got to the hotel we got a room that reaked of cigarettes, luckily we called the front office and they moved us immediately. The hotel itself is clean, and pretty! The food was below average especially during dinner. We really enjoyed the pool as a relax day & the SPA! Negative: we spent about $70 euros on taxis daily as the hotel is.not near any go to places. I would recommend if going back anf forth about 30 min each way daily is not an issue for you but I would’ve preferred a place closer to the tourist spots
