Older hotel and fully functional. Showers were hot, bedding comfortable and room was cleaned daily. Overall the hotel needs updating, which will drive the price up, which is not necessarily a benefit. There are more expensive hotels if that is what you want. The higher ups know this hotel needs a deep cleaning....They are trying to milk this location until they find a buyer.....roaches are walking around....all upholstery including carpet is to be replaced.....Staff is welcoming and accommodating......but o ly so much customer service can do with the present room situations.

The room was terrible and the bathroom needs a complete make over the distance of the toilet bowl to the door was very uncomfortable two people cannot fit in the bathroom imagine you needed to bathe your children . Super uncomfortable and the furniture is not maintained. I’ve seen Motels in better condition than this franchise name Ramada. Overall free parking was a plus for me

I had a great experience with the staff they understood my issue and concern . The room was another thing. the bed sheets were stain, dirty tissue between the sheet, the floor look dirty and we had bugs coming from the ceiling. No Egyptian sheets in this place. We drove back home the same night, no time to rest after our party. I will say my refund was quickly done.

The front desk people is very kind and welcoming, but the woman in the breakfast so mean and nasty. Definitely this place not for families with small kids or people who needs to rest. Smells all the time like weed and the next day I waked with nauseas. It is basically like those scary movies motels.
