"It is a nice hotel, no complains. The only thing we didn't like is the restaurant. Not expensive but not tasty at all. We did go for dinner, didn't return for breakfast."

"Clean room, helpful and friendly staff"

"Room was very clean and modern. Our stove didn’t work but good to have a sink, fridge and freezer. Check-in went well and there were several carts available to transport luggage. Overall enjoyed the stay with a family of 5. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we made it work."

"The room was clean and spacious, it was a little loud but that is probably because the building seems to be an old factory but it’s ok it gives it character. Overall very nice hotel and great stay would definitely come back."

"Tmmy bathroom is need of removsgion. Pipes under sink were broken tiles were dirty with spaces. Wsll need fixing up"

"I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants."

"Room could have been cleaner. The room wasn’t too bad couple spots in the walls were a little messed up from what looked like water damage. The bathroom was actually the worst toilet paper holder was like broken. The sink look like it was gonna fall off the definitely water damage on multiple walls. The knobs for the sink and shower were all messed up. Wasn’t one of the worst places that I’ve been but they definitely can do some work fixing the place up."

"My room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and handled everything very professionally. I always enjoy having breakfast in the morning. Great parking as well. I always like to park with a view of my vehicle from my room. I highly recommend the Holiday inn. I'm already planning my next stay with them next month."

"Room was nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom needs a little TLC. Outside of the property needs work, it was dirty. Breakfast was OK, waffle maker was the only thing I used."

"I was truly not expecting this hotel to be so cute, quiet, and vast. It was conveniently situated close to an event we attended over the weekend and close enough to good restaurants. I only wish their restaurant was open, and I wished their coffeehouse had more breakfast options, but for a new hotel, they’re nailing it so far. I loved sitting on the bridge in the morning and watching the wildlife around the reservoir. I’d come back for a quiet weekend!"

"Wi-fi is too poor. No shower curtain at all in the bathroom to the point it makes a mess when you take a shower due to spatters of water. No iron available upon request. Windows don’t have locks. "

"Thin walls, was woken up at 2 am for something I didn’t want to hear. Overall place is okay but didn’t have the best experience. I kept getting some weird vibes from the front desk so not sure if I’ll be back here. I’ve stayed at the other hotels near by and for sure way better experience and ambient."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility though was less desirable. The hallway walls just looked tired. The bathroom floors were dirty, carpet in room looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator in the room was broken."
