Check out was worse as I stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes waiting for a staff member which was nowhere to be found. At 7am the front desk should be available to assist patrons. No apology, just a miserable staff member, probably upset because I woke her from her nap."

"We arrived later in the evening and all the parking spots near the room were taken. Once we got into the room it was clean. The room was not cool because the AC was not turned on. It did take a bit of time for the room to cool. Another issue, our AC unit had holes were the buttons should be. So we did not know which button was for cool or hear, nor did we know what the temperature was. That was frustrating. The TV remote also did not work so when we turned on the TV, the power button worked but...

"The rooms are dated which is OK as long as it doesn’t smells. There is a mini kitchen refrigerator worked fine but it’s rusted on the outside the fan/ ventilation over the stove is nonexistent. You just see wires. The bathroom had a moldy smell. The curtain by the window had mold on it . It was missing a couple of hooks to keep it all the way up and in place There is a smell to the room itself just smelled moldy the arm chair at least should be re-wrapped I never sat in it. "At dining room are working not friendly people and try to move you out. Left 50% tips and when 40% food I got they tried to remove the plate despite I just watched the phone at the table. Everything else beautiful!!!"
